Return & Exchange Policy

At Saanjh by K, every piece is carefully curated with the hope that it becomes something you genuinely love wearing. We understand, however, that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Our return and exchange policy is designed to keep the process simple and transparent.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags and labels must be attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
• The product should not have any makeup stains, perfume marks, damage, alterations or other signs of use.
• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
• Please make an unpacking video for the references. 
• The customer has to courier the return or exchangeable product to the provided address and the courier company. 

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. A return or An exchange will be processed only after the product meets our eligibility requirements.

Size Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Only one size exchange per order is permitted.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging along with your order number. This helps us review the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or used
• Products without their original tags or packaging
• Products with makeup, perfume, stains or other marks caused after delivery
• Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling
• Products purchased during a sale or special promotion, unless the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect
• Any product specifically marked as non-returnable on its product page

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Please do not ship any product back to us without receiving confirmation from our team first.

Return Shipping

For a size exchange or change-of-mind exchange, the applicable return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Saanjh by K will arrange the appropriate return process at our cost, subject to verification.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines. Also, as for COD we only provide store credit.

Shipping charges paid on the original order may not be refundable unless the return is due to a product being damaged, defective or incorrectly sent by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the cancellation process. You may contact us regarding the applicable return or exchange options after delivery.

Important Note

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and display settings. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may therefore not necessarily be considered a defect.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Saanjh by K reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
